Cash4Clubs is a sports funding initiative supported by Flutter UKI. This website provides information about the Cash4Clubs programme, related initiatives and funding opportunities.
Applications for Cash4Clubs funding are administered by Sported through its application platform. Sported is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data submitted as part of a funding application and provides information about that processing through its own Privacy Notice.
Introduction
The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to provide you with information about how we use your personal data for activities organised by Cash4Clubs and its website www.cash4clubs.org.
This Privacy Notice will be updated periodically, so we encourage you to review it regularly; however, we will make sure to inform you when we make substantial changes.
Who is responsible for the processing?
The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Power Leisure Bookmakers Limited, Belfield Office Park, Beech Hill Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Flutter UKI", "we", "our" or "us").

Cash4Clubs funding applications are submitted through Sported's application platform. Personal data submitted as part of a funding application is collected and processed by Sported in accordance with Sported's Privacy Notice. Flutter UKI does not administer the application process and does not manage applicant personal data submitted through Sported's platform.
How will we use your personal data?
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, we will only process personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so.
We may process personal data collected through this website to:
- operate, maintain and improve the website;
- respond to enquiries and communications;

We may share personal data collected through this website with:

Personal data submitted as part of a funding application is processed separately by Sported in accordance with Sported's own privacy documentation.
